THE THERAPY BUILDING ...

The most physically involved children live in the Therapy Building. Here the ICCO supports multiple teachers and classrooms.
A preschool instructs 15 - 20 children who are planning to graduate into the education building.

Two adaptive classes instruct 25-30 children who are educable but whose impairments prevent them from attending local schools.

ICCO provides funds to improve the caregiver- to -child ratio and provides ongoing caregiver training to increase the quality of care. Volunteers visiting these children help provide interaction and stimulation.

This building also houses the therapy room, which is used by both orphanage and expat therapists to provide therapy to the children. Expansion of education and developmental play opportunities are goals for increasing the care and well being of the children of this building.
